JACKSONVILLE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB
The Jacksonville Golf & Country Club - Hodges Blvd project was a three-month, $200K+ renovation that transformed the banquet area, main lobby, and hall, while constructing a new open-floor bar. Meta Construction worked closely with Country Club management to minimize disruptions and coordinated across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractors to ensure every system was installed and integrated smoothly. The result was a modernized, high-functioning space delivered on time and within budget.
PREMIER MARTIAL ARTS
Premier Martial Arts – Beach Blvd.
Our team delivered a full commercial buildout for Premier Martial Arts, transforming the existing space into a modern studio designed to meet strict corporate standards. The project included a complete reconfiguration of the interior to create an open, functional layout ideal for martial arts training. We worked closely with Premier Martial Arts corporate, coordinated through AIA contract documents, and managed plumbing and electrical upgrades to bring the vision to life. The renovation was completed with an investment of over $100,000.
